Registration fees belong to a specific season
Jr Wildcats registration fees support participation in the applicable club season. The amount and included benefits can change from season to season, so families should rely on the current registration information rather than a prior year's amount or arrangement.
Registration and payment are separate facts
A wrestler can have a current-season registration record while payment information is tracked separately. Likewise, seeing a charge does not by itself tell you whether a payment, credit, adjustment, or other transaction has already been recorded elsewhere in the family's financial information.
Review before paying twice
If you believe a fee has already been paid but the Family Portal does not reflect what you expect, do not submit a second payment merely to make the screen look complete. Review the available payment history or contact Jr Wildcats so the existing transaction can be checked.
Corrections and special circumstances
If a registration fee needs correction or the family has an approved arrangement, the club should update the authoritative season financial record. Do not create a duplicate registration as a workaround.
