Registration can have multiple steps
Seeing your wrestler in the Family Portal does not always mean every current-season registration step is complete. The portal may show registration information, required actions, or other season-specific status.
Check the wrestler and season
When reviewing status, make sure you are looking at the correct wrestler and the active season. Families with multiple wrestlers should review each wrestler separately.
Do not duplicate a registration to fix a status
If a status looks wrong or a completed step appears missing, do not create another wrestler or submit another registration merely to make the screen change. Contact Jr Wildcats so the existing records can be reviewed.
Financial and fundraising information
Registration status, season charges, payments, and fundraising obligations are related but are not the same thing. Financial details may also depend on the authority granted to the signed-in adult. Separate Family Knowledge articles cover those topics.
