Look at transactions, not only the headline amount
A useful family financial record distinguishes charges from payments, credits, and adjustments. When available, review the transaction detail so you can understand how the current amount was reached.
Payments
A payment records money received or otherwise applied to the appropriate obligation. The way a payment is recorded may depend on the club's current payment process.
Credits and adjustments
A credit or adjustment can change what remains due without representing a new cash payment. Examples can include an approved correction or another club-authorized account adjustment. The description and season context are important.
Avoid duplicate payment
If you have evidence of a payment that is not yet reflected as expected, do not automatically pay again. Contact Jr Wildcats with enough information to identify the transaction. Do not send passwords or full sensitive payment credentials.
Keep the authoritative history intact
Financial corrections should be made against the existing family, wrestler, registration, and season records so the club retains an accurate history.
