Fundraising is its own season responsibility
A fundraising obligation is not the same thing as a registration fee. The Family Portal may show fundraising responsibility and progress separately so families can understand what remains for the season.
Families with multiple wrestlers
When more than one wrestler is associated with a family, review how the current season's fundraising information is presented before assuming that every displayed amount should simply be added together. The club's current-season fundraising rules determine how the obligation is applied.
Progress and obligation are different
The original obligation describes the responsibility assigned under the current season's rules. Recorded fundraising activity, credits, or other authorized adjustments can affect the remaining amount or progress shown.
Visibility depends on family authority
A trusted adult may appropriately be able to see a wrestler for transportation or family coordination without needing private financial or fundraising detail. If you are a parent or guardian who should manage these responsibilities but cannot see them, ask Jr Wildcats to review the existing family-access record rather than creating another account.
