Act as soon as plans change
If a wrestler can no longer attend after the family has submitted a tournament signup, contact Jr Wildcats or use the current governed change/cancellation workflow as soon as possible. Tournament deadlines can limit what the club is able to change.
Do not assume a refund
A cancellation does not automatically mean a tournament fee can be refunded. Whether a payment can be returned, credited, or changed depends on the event, timing, money already committed or paid, and the club's applicable policy or decision.
Missed signup deadlines
If the family misses the Jr Wildcats signup deadline, do not assume the club can still add the wrestler even if an external tournament page appears open. Contact the club rather than creating a duplicate signup or entering through an unapproved workaround.
Why early notice matters
The club may need time to organize entries, payments, coaches, rosters, or other tournament operations. Prompt communication gives the club the best opportunity to address a legitimate change without promising that a late change is possible.
