Tournament fees are not the same as season registration fees
An event may have a tournament-specific fee. That fee should not be confused with the wrestler's Jr Wildcats season registration fee or the family's fundraising obligation.
Read the event's family-facing information
Before paying, review the amount, event, wrestler, deadline, and payment instructions presented for that tournament. Do not assume every tournament uses the same fee or payment process.
Payment and final entry are separate facts
A recorded payment does not by itself prove that every external tournament-entry step is complete, and a tournament signup does not by itself prove that a required fee has been paid. Follow the statuses and instructions shown for the event.
Avoid duplicate payment
If you believe you already paid but the expected status is missing, do not automatically pay a second time. Review the available record and contact Jr Wildcats so the existing payment or signup can be checked.
Do not send sensitive credentials
When asking for help, identify the wrestler, event, and transaction in question. Screenshots can be useful, but do not send passwords or full sensitive payment credentials.
