Most registration problems should be corrected, not duplicated
If you encounter a missing wrestler, wrong family relationship, incorrect registration status, duplicate-looking person, or information you cannot edit, stop before creating replacement records.
Common situations
- You can sign in, but a wrestler is missing.
- You can see a wrestler but cannot perform an action you expected.
- A wrestler appears more than once.
- You believe registration was completed but the status looks incomplete.
- An adult's family access does not match their actual responsibility.
What to do
First confirm you are using the correct adult account and current season. Then contact Jr Wildcats with the wrestler's name and a description of what you expected to see. Screenshots can be helpful, but do not send passwords or other credentials.
Why this matters
Keeping one authoritative person, wrestler, relationship, and season-registration history helps the club preserve accurate records from year to year.
