Use the Volunteer pathway when you are not a Wrestling Leader coach
- Create or sign in to your own account at USAWMembership.com.
- Make sure your personal profile is accurate and attached to your own account.
- When selecting the appropriate adult role/membership, choose the USA Wrestling Volunteer pathway rather than Wrestling Leader if you are serving as a qualifying non-coach volunteer.
- Complete the required background-screening process.
- Complete the SafeSport course assigned to you for the current cycle.
- Return to your USA Wrestling profile and verify that required items are reflected correctly.
- Provide confirmation to Jr Wildcats leadership when requested so the club can verify readiness.
Do not create coach status just to complete this process
You do not need an App_Coaches record or a Jr Wildcats coaching appointment merely to complete Volunteer credentialing. Board service, coaching and regular volunteer service are separate club relationships.
