Financial Access, Questions & Corrections

Understand why adults may have different financial visibility and how parents or guardians can request an access correction.

Missing financial detail can be intentional or can need correction

If you can see a wrestler but cannot see registration fees, payments, fundraising details, or another financial function, that does not necessarily mean the financial record is missing. The signed-in adult may have a narrower relationship or authority level.

Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian who is responsible for registration or family finances and believe your access is incomplete, contact Jr Wildcats so the existing adult-wrestler relationship and authority can be reviewed.

Caregivers and other trusted adults

A grandparent, relative, babysitter, carpool adult, or other trusted person may need enough access to support the wrestler without seeing private financial details or being able to make financial or registration decisions. Limited access can therefore be appropriate.

Questions about an amount or transaction

When asking the club to review a financial item, identify the wrestler, season, and the charge, payment, fundraising item, or adjustment in question. Screenshots can help. Do not send passwords or full sensitive payment credentials.

Do not work around access controls

Do not create duplicate adults, wrestlers, registrations, or family relationships to gain financial visibility. Corrections should be made through the authoritative family-access and financial records.
