Try wrestling with the Jr Wildcats! Grades 3-8: October 26, 27 and 28, 2026 (three practices). Pre-K through grade 2: November 4 and 5, 2026 (two practices). One waiver per wrestler. No family account is required. After Rookie Week, season registration and payment are separate.

Wright City Jr Wildcats Rookie / Trial Participation Waiver and Release of Claims

PLEASE READ this form carefully and be aware that by signing up and participating in the Wright City Jr Wildcats Wrestling Club Rookie / Trial program, you will be waiving and releasing claims for injuries which might be sustained through participation in this program.

Wrestling is a physical contact sport. As a participant in the Rookie / Trial program, I recognize and acknowledge that there are risks of physical injury. I agree to assume the risks of injuries, damages, or loss which may be sustained as a result of participating in activities connected with or associated with this program.

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the participating minor, intend to be legally bound to waive and release the Wright City Jr Wildcats Wrestling Club, Wright City Lions Club, and the officers, coaches, volunteers, and authorized representatives of the club from claims or rights to damages from injuries or losses suffered directly or indirectly while training, practicing, or participating in the Rookie / Trial program.

The Rookie / Trial program provides up to three free trial practices before season registration is expected. These practices may occur during a designated Rookie Week or, when approved by the club, during other scheduled practices. Completing this waiver does not constitute season registration or guarantee membership in the club.
